EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL HARVEST DINNER
Join me and Chef Deborah Verginella to celebrate the arrival of my family farm Olio Nuovo! We will share a 4-course Tuscan meal which incorporates the new olive oil in everything from appetizers to dessert.
I will also teach you hands on a few things about olive oil including how it develops over time, and some of the differences between farm-produced and commercial olive oil.
